Allen Wrench Size
Anyone know offhand what size is needed to get the floor board bracket off? I need to remove it so I can get the headers out and dont have the right size at home.

I bet you have the right tool- you just have to look at it another way...
use a bolt head as your tool and 2 nuts jammed, turn the inner nut with a wrench to loosen, turn the outer nut to tighten
below is a "tool" for installing the oil cooler adapter- 7/16 , same principal applies:
