If you read the first post it states it is on his 13 Ultra............

From the time you purchased it has it ever flashed at you when you walk away or have you ever seen the red led blinking when you walk up to the bike. If not the fob was never married to the ecu. That happened to a lady friend of mine. Took it back to the original dealer and they married it and all is well now.

Check under the seat for the extra fob.
