Keep it and enjoy until it breaks, then fix it and ride some more, enjoy...lots of guys would die to have a nice bike like that, or Mine.

I might do that. It's still a really nice bike and runs really good since the motor only has 27,000ish miles on it. Would doing cams be worth it power wise?

Is there a difference in performance between the 2013 ultra with a 103 engine and the 2014-2016 ultra with a 103 engine? I am thinking about getting a newer bike but notice at my local dealer that there is a few thousand dollars price difference between the 2014-2016 ultras and the 2013 and older ultras with the 103 engine.
My bike is a 2009 with 101,000 miles. I think my best bet would be to trade it in. I don't think anyone would want to buy a bike with that many miles on it. The engine was replaced under warranty about 26,000 miles ago.

Thanks for any input.

Normally i'd agree with 100k mile HD being a hard sell, but you have a brand new documented motor with only 26k miles on it which is a diff story that i think would make it a bit easier to sell used.

Good luck.

If you put it up for sale, make sure you highlight in bold letters the motor with only that mileage...that will help sell the bike but you won't get what you think you want because of the overall miles on the bike.
Power commander or power vision and Andrews 48H cams would wake it up good...or go all in and do a 107" kit from Fuelmoto. For a cool $3000 about...Upgrades all depend on what you can do yourself and what you get a mechanic to do for you....Do you have a decent independent shop around you?
Ask them some questions and their opinions and advice....study it, ask here, many smart folks on here, not just Smartasses....
So many things you can do, it all depends on your wants and your wallet.
Remember, even if your bike has that many miles it's not just ready to be junked yet....Many would say it is because people in general don't ride their bikes for a few thousand miles and trade it in for a new Garage queen to be....

A dealer might give you $7000. Any money you put into it will not raise that value.
