Failing that, call them for advice. Im sure youll get lots of opinions about what others have but you want one to fit you not necessarily Bob in Idaho...
As for me, im very happy with my LRS shield that I sized for me from their website.
They have guides and videos on how to size. I choose to go one size down for the low profile look and get a bit of wind to the top of my head but hell, I'm on a bike. I have had good luck talking at rallies or calling them in the past for help selecting.
I'm 5'10" and run the KW 14" Sportflare. My solo seat drops me an inch or 2 from stock. I do not catch any wind at all. Same when I have my Hammock seat on. With my solo I could likely use the 9" sport flare.
