Once you mod your SG to a RG, it will loose a lot of value that you won't get back because people rarely want other peoples project bikes. Instead, since you got a smoking deal on the SG, sell it and use the profit from it for a Road Glide that will not loose so much value.

you will NEVER get out of it what you put in any of them...they don't care about modifications or accessories when calculating trade or sale value unfortunately.

Default RoadGlide conversion 2015 fairing onto 08 Streetglide

It's like when I asked "Can you put a Breakout Softail wheel on a 2009 Streetglide?" Lots of "Can't be done, Will be lots of money, You'll have to do a lot of work to make it fit." Guess what? Bolted right on with no mods.

I just read you thread and was wondering if you can assist me with a few questions.I just boight an accident 08 streetglide with and ebay special roadglide conversion. I can get a 2014 innerfairing and outer fairing and wondered if you had any input on if it will work before i get too deep in.Thanks
