Ok my two wheeled brothers and sisters, I would like to ask for some assistance in the LED products that are being sold in ebay. I have a 2014 road king and would like to convert to LED's. It doesn't matter if it is the bulbs or the whole set up. I would like your opinion in what brands are worth purchasing and need to stay away from. Please help a brother out????
I started with LED bulbs on my 2013 Triglide and ended up taking them off to install LED lamps (Hogworkz Halomaker).
LED bulbs and LED lamps are 2 different animals. First, a LED bulb inside a stock headlight won't illuminate the same because the stock reflector is not designed for LED. Second, LED bulbs have a fan which might interfere with your radio. Third, the fan runs all the time and it bothered me. Fourth, it's not the same price but you get what you pay for.
So like I said, I bought Hogworkz Halomaker headlight + passing lamps and I love them.
I've got Hogworkz Headlight and Custom Dymanics front and rear turnsignals... Happy with both! The new CD Probeam Turn Signals are pretty awesome IMHO.
I got Custom Dynamics, Ringz in front and Filerz in the rear turn signals.
Got them on amazon prime, they were about the same price, & 2 day shipping.
The turn signals work great on my 2014 Street Glide, and are canbus compatible.
