I went to the garage and kissed my 07 Ultra.
I still want to know what has caused the increase in the 2008MPG!
Are they gonna' run even leaner!!
When is the SERT to be released for the 2008s?
This is gonna' be interesting with the the next generation of sacrificial guinea pigs!!!!!!
Gotta' love this...thanks HD....who needs National Enquirer.
Is HD going to provide security for their people in Sturgis?

Glad I got an 05 Road Glide with a throttle cable Really it's about the only thing I really HATE about the 08's. I mean where was the outcry for that!

dude, that isolated drive is NOT new technology, I had that feature on my goldwing, and that was an 84 model. the metrics have a lot of EXCELLENT features about them, and if HD is emulating that, where's the harm? it just makes for a nicer machine...

Is the ABS system front & rear that they are offering on the 08's?

My Kawasaki Ninja 500r used the same thing and it's been around since it's introduction back in 1984? Seems it's real common on chain drive to help absorb some of the driveline shock.

Electronic Throttle! Fly by wire from the same people who can't fix the F***ing radio! My a$$ tends to pucker at the thought of screaming down the highway with the cruise control motor in charge of the throttle! My work truck is an '04 Chevy with fly by wire. A rat made a nest in the engine compartment and chewed up the wiring. They'll do funny things when they're shorted out.
That's damn funny...you hit the nail right on the head. I don't need any more electrical problems.

Hey Harley, why don't you spend your time fixing the transmissions and the friggin heat problems?
