Posted this earlier but no response, likely because it may be considered a dumb question. Took old air cleaner off and noticed two rubber gaskets that seemed a little thicker than the new ones that came with AN. AN one has four, and they talk about using all four but only so picture where two go. What did I miss re the other two rubber washers? Put one in each of the two metal places where it bolts on.

You'll use all 4 - Look at the Backing plate at the casting where the bolts go into the top of the head... There's a place there - use a little grease and they'll stay in place..... Torque properly...

my god man. don't even think about starting up that motor without all four o rings in place! your motor could go kabloooeee. well , problably not. i had to do some work on the induction module the other day and noticed the rings next to the motor had completely melted. got some new ones.....don't want my motor going up in smoke

You guys that have em happy with? I have been to the AN dealership here in Vegas can't get anyone to look my direction. It is the same filter as K&N or similar.

I had a SE on my bike, but the back plate broke. I went with the ANBS and couldn't be happier. Before, the breather always puked on on the cam cover and with the ANBS, I have yet to see any oil there. And no more hose clamps and hose showing there...

Thanks for the comments, even the funny and sarcastic ones. Took it apart this morning and there were the two holes staring at me and begging for rubber. I can sleep easier knowing that the two rubber washers are not alone in a plastic bag with the old stock air cleaner.
