Default Tour Pak

I have been thinking to add a tour pak to my RK and considering Advanblack or Hogworkz. Never bought any product from them so not sure about the quality. Would like to hear your experience for both companies. Which one would you recommend?

I just went through this process myself. I ended up going the OEM route and am very happy. Should be dropping a video on it next week and talking about why I went OEM over Advanblack (hint… quality).

I used mutazu for mine. My bike is black and the color matches well. Its definitely more flimsy than oem but It's never failed me. My only complaint is it rattles at idle. Replace the latches with oem and ride on

I went Advan black and wished I spent the extra couple hundred bucks. The paint was spot on but its flimsy, and rattles, the fitment isn't that great and the latch is junk

Thanks for the replies. Anyone has experience with Hogworkz?

My neighbor has a 2014 RK and he added HD tour pak when he bought the bike. He told me several times that the tour pak has rattles, he just couldn't stand it.

I went a different route and went the Amazon route. I figured for the price difference it was worth the risk. Used it on a couple thousand mile road trip this fall and didn’t have any issues. I did use a mount from hogworkz.

I know a few members here use TCMT tour pak and they are happy with that after changing latch and tether.

That's a great "improvement".

I went HD. All in the King Tour pack was around 300 bucks more from them ( 3 years ago and I didnt get any lighting) than aftermarket but the finish is perfect and its keyed to work with the factory barrel key.
