Most replacement plastic are in the $100 - $200 range like this Clearview shield. Just use your original bracket. I have their stock RK shield with the recurve and vent in polycarbonate and was about $225 a while back.

i have a clearview myself and i like it, but im sure all the aftermarket shields are better quality than the hd shield. i know my hd recurve shield had some bad distortion through the curve where the clearview does not. id recommend any aftermarket shield over an hd, and id definately recommend getting a recurve from whatever maker you go with.
Didn't have a windshield till I bought my roadking. Night and day difference. The one that came on it was stupid huge. Swapped it out for a 16" OEM one and it's perfect for me. I thought the quick detatch windshield was a cool feature, but it never comes off. I'd rather be comfortable than look cool.
