Get some purple power or a good degreaser, and spray it all over the bottom of the engine.
Clean it good and use a leaf blower to dry it off.
Then take it for a short ride and inspect it again. You will find the leak.
Thanks for the advice. The leak turned out to be the shift shaft seal. Since the primary had to come off to replace that seal, I'm replacing all seals/gaskets. I hope to have it back tomorrow.
Confirmed! Shift shaft seal. Thanks again to all that offered suggestions. Very helpful! Inspection of the primary revealed there's probably about 50% wear on the cam chain tensioner and some slight wear on the compensator. Overall, everything looks pretty good. I might not have it back in time to ride this weekend.
Hate to nit pic, but I'm guessing you meant to say "primary chain tensioner"....

Yes, I meant primary chain tensioner. I thought about editing my post, but I figured you'd all get it. 😀 In hindsight, I probably should have just replaced it, but it'll easily last for a few more years. 70K and it's worn about half. It'll probably make it to 100K.

Not necessarily...
Once the roller chain wears into the tensioner pad enough for the rollers to ride on the tensioner, the chain seriously slows its wear into the tensioner pad...
DAMN!! Leak not fixed! It's better, but as mentioned by someone earlier, it's leaking where the transmission case meets the engine. I've never heard of anyone having a leak there. The engine-to-transmission gasket needs to be replaced. So pissed! 😡
I'll be replacing the gasket on mine, starting within a few weeks to a month.. Motor blew up about 2 weeks ago..
Sorry to hear that. That sucks. I'm thinking mine may have failed during the tune I had done after upgrading to the 110. It was after that when I first noticed the leak.
