Oil Pump Alignment Tool
Hey dudes,
If I recall correctly, there is a member of this forum that sells oil pump alignment pins.
While the motor is out of my frame I'm gonna do some work on it to see if I can cure my oil misting prob...basically, a total top end job.
Anyway, I didn't use this tool when I built my motor. I'd like to know who the member is that sells these so I can get a set.
The misting prob is only the front cylinder. When I was assembling the engine I got the front cylinder halfway down the new pistons/rings before I realized dumbass me...forgot to coat it with assembly lube. I didn't forget on the rear cylinder and I have no probs with it.
Only thing I can think that would be my prob is I either screwed up the rings or my oil pump is out of line. I doubt it's the oil pump because the rear cylinder is fine...but to try to cure my prob, I'm gonna use the alignment tool anyway.
Anyway...anyone recall the members ID that sells these alignment tools?
