Mine poped when I installed the Rush 225's. Not enough ajustment on my DFO to stop it.Installed the fulsac tru dual conversion and no more decel pop.

I'm with nujohn. Retighten your slipons and use harley clamps if you have 'em.

I had 2.25's and it popped like crazy. Went to 1.75's and it was alot better. My bike's an EFI, though. You're in a better position (read cheaper fix) with a carb.

Try screwing out the idle mixture screw 1/2-turn at a time. If it has never been adjusted it may have a plug on it that must be removed first.

Don't need no stinkin dyno for a carb.
The main jet has nothing to do with the mixture at 0% throttle on the CV carb, which is what he is describing. If the idle-mixture is too lean it can cause popping on decel. I suggested he screw the idle-mixture screw out a bit at a time, trying it at each setting until it stops. Another suggestion to seal-up the muffler may also help.
