I've done the search and read all there is to read. I have the service manual and still have no definative answer. Can I adust the play out of my clutch lever WITHOUT adjusting the lower? In the manual you have to do this that and the other but all I want to do is get the play out of the lever. I am having no clutching problems, I'd just like to have my clutch snap back like it used to before the cold set in. Any help? Thanks!

if you dont do the internal then you are only doing half of the adjustment.....Learn the internal adjustment...sooner or later just adjusting the cable will get you in trouble.
