I have a 2007 Street Glide 113 cu. inch dynoed at 110 h/p 110 torque with 2 into 1 Boarzilla pipe. I have been told it has the quiet baffles but it is still too loud for my taste. Is there another pipe that will not decrease the h/p and torque with less noise? Is anyone getting better dyno results and staying within warranty? Thanks for your help.
Can't help on the pipes, but I'm curious about the warranty issue. Who did the 113?The biggest I see in the book is 110? From what I've heard any time a new build is done, the installing dealer may warranty but that's it. I know I blew my warranty when I went to a 107 outside MOCO parts, Axtell, Baisely... strong stuff, but not HD.
I have a fix that won't have you buying new pipes. I too am running the Boarzilla and it was juast plain loud. Look closely at my sig pic and you will see what I have done. It has quieted it down and moved the torque even lower in the rpm range. PM me you e-mail addressand I will send you the details, I have the adapters already machined.

With your build, I would go with the Fatcat 2-1 with a quiet baffle. You'll gain performance and cut the noise down quite a bit too.
The Boarzilla is really only for 124" motors and larger............anything under that and you should stick with the Fatcat.
Man, just when i thought I was running with the big dogs, you guys show up with the real deal. I am a bit of a Horsepower junkie without the knowledge to make it happen. Don't know what makes it happen, but I do love to have that power, just need a different noise level for the wife and neighbors, but
they can't have any of my horses.
I have one of Guys Boarzilla fixes & it will make a huge improvement in the ridiculous volume that pipe makes. It will also HELP your toque, as those pipe are too bike for your motor.
Steve is right. A FatCat would be much better. I would say that your build would actually be best with a FatCat std or quiet baffle ~ not the performance one.
Since you have it... take a look at the setup Guy has. If you look real close at his signature photo, you will notice that the tip of his tailpipe looks different than your.
