Like it was said before....As long as the tour pack is set in the rearward position it will fit, my be a little close but it will fit.

I put the grab rail on an 07 Ultra, nice look and no problems

Took mine off my 05 FLHTCUI before trade...installed on 08 FLHTCUI in one minute....sameo - sameo and fits like a glove.

I tried on an 08 it did not fit for me??? are you saying i need to move my tour pack back farther? is there more than one position with stock set up?

i do not want to buy the relocation kit.. thanks

If you pull the liner out of your TourPak you will see 2 sets of bolt holes for mounting the pak (5 bolts), the furtherest out will give you about an extra inch and a quarter. I left mine in the closer position, but then added the George Anderson relocation kit to move it 2.5 inches back.

As mentioned here, I followed this process when I origianlly bought my 08 UC. Then approximately two weeks ago I installed the passenger grab rails. You will have approximately 1/4" clearance between your speakers and the grab rails. And the passenger can access the rails with no issues
