Ok so just got my 2012 FLHTK back after having the following installed:
Jackpot 2-1-2 Ceramic Headers, SE Stage 1 A/C, SE 255 cams, S&S Quiet Tour Mufflers, Power Commander V.
This was done at about 1300 Miles
and here are the #'s.
Before: Max Power = 64.80 Max Torque = 81.92
After : max power= 82.73 Max Torque = 99.71
Not sure how these compare, I thought the numbers should be a bit higher, yet I haven't seen anyone wih the same combination. I've ridden about 400 miles since the change and had problems over the weekend, both engine, and battery lights came on and she started some loud ping when blipping from start up in traffic. Pulled over and waited about 5 and started , lights were out, that lasted 5 or 10 minutes, not in traffic anymore... Let sit for an hour and headed back home halfway there, both lights on and rear cyl feeling pretty hot and hear a whirring sound. Limped home and now she is on the way to the shop....
They think it might charging system/battery, but why would that cause excessive heat in rear cyl. Sound like it could be a combination of things to me, stator bad, battery, but also maybe a problem in timing?? WDIK?
Anyway we'll see.
Anyone have a similar setup to compare #s
