His old build was a 95 with the same ex with a mystery slip on, SE 257 cams.
We did try the open crusher muffler as well, and lost power.I do think a power X head pipe would have shown more gains but not in the cards on this build.
We swapped out the 255 cam from the dealer 103/ 255 build. Installed the 54 and a .030 h/g. Customer wanted to have cylinders/ pistons inspected as the bike had been running hot and pinging badly. The run on the sheet is what we got as the customer got it from the dealer.
Here is a 120R with our pistons and a zilla pipe SE 58 t/b that was bolted together. As you can see the low end tune could use a bit of work. Overall customer is thrilled over the stock 120R engine. Customer had a dealer in Louisiana do all the work.

120" Head Quarters Build Tuned By JD's Cycle Works
Built a 120" HQ but opted to use the 0033g cams vs the 575's to drop the CCP down some. Dave at JD's cycle works did a heck of a job on tuning it, the short ride I had has me grinning from ear to ear. Wasn't trying to rotate the earth or try for max HP or torque, just looking for a solid reliable build that I can ride the snot out of. Build also shows the Supertrapp Supermeg works pretty good with bigger inch builds, have 25 disk and a close end cap on this one.
