Thanks Brian. You will be very happy w/ a 107 kit. There is alot of them out there. You know ProTwin (owned and operated by Kevin Baxter) is in GA. Awsome dude to work w/ and he will get you the #'s youre looking for. Hear good things about Fuelmoto too. And I love me some Bob Woods Cams. Got a set of tw555 in my 08 Fatty and love it.

I am confident I will like it too ... just getting a bit impatient, but hopefully she will be done next week. As mentioned in my specific build post, the FM package arrived at the dealer yesterday ... been a long four weeks.
Yep, I know about Kevin Baxter / ProTwin and spoke to him on two seperate occassions about my build and got two different quotes. He sounds very knowledgeable and, for reasons I won't post here, I went another route.
SE stage 4 pro (259 cam)
SE Heavy breather
V&H Power duals
CFR slipons
Power vision
SE clutch spring with lock up clutch
Wow ... seems like alot for a 103" Stage 4 on the stock TB and injectors. The best I have seen is around 110/115 on n/a stock cubes, but if the dyno was accurate, congrats ... she must be a rocket!
Well, she's finally done! After a mishap in September, I decided to swap-out the heads and cams
back in November, to lower my compression and try out the "New" Andrews 57H cams.
Here are the details...
2009 FLHR:
- S&S 106" Kit w/the Andrews 57H cams
- Heads by Don Dorfman (Int. 1.91/Exh. 1.575)
- 88 cc chambers w/ 0.040" HG
- 9.85:1 CR (calculated 192 ccp)
- Bored TB by HPInc (54mm w/ stock injectors)
- Kuryakyn Mach-II A/C
- FM 2-1-2 header w/ Crusher Std Mufflers
- SE Roller Rockers/Gatorman Lifters, etc., etc.
Now I've just got to wait for the fresh 5" of snow to melt!!
everyone here is pulling some good numbers!! just trying to get a feel for where u guys think i might be. bikes in the shop having all this done so just trying to get a close estamate from you guys.
2000 roadking doing the s&s 95 hot set up ( s&s heads, 10:5-1 comp, 585g cams, true dual rineharts, s&s super g carb, s&s intake, s&s manifold,) also had my crank rebuilt by r&r in manchester ( balanced, pined, welded) bike was also converted to chain drive before me not a fan of that but im gunna run with it to see if i like it or not. Just looking for where u guys think ill be at Thanks
I had a great build with the S&S 106" kit and 585's! I was running at 10.8:1 CR and it made 122 Tq / 118 Hp (SAE).
Heads were done by Lee's Speed Shop, plus roller-rockers, ported TB, larger injectors, Crusher mufflers, etc.
I'm not sure what the S&S heads do, but you should be very happy with your build and cam choice, numbers aside.
Focus on the way it rides/feels, because those 585's run very long and smooth. I could run it up to 3500 and feel like it was at 3K.
If it feels a bit soft down low, you could always go to a different rear sprocket, and that thing will be happy ALL day!
