On my 07 Street Glide I got 74.2 hp and 85.96 torq. I have the 96" with SE A/C, Rush true dual exhaust and SERT. Haven't had much of a chance to get it out and run it but so far it's smooth and has a nice feel. Looking at some other numbers I'm getting the itch to look into cams and get my numbers up!
I have a 2012 Ultra that I put a Kuryakyn True dual exhaust, Stage 1 air filter kit w/stage 1 download. I have dropped about 25% on my gas mileage and feel like it has lost power. Is this normal and I was expecting too much or does it sound like there is a problem? I expected a slight change in the mileage but not that much. The true duals were supposed to increase power and gas mileage...any thoughts!!

typically true duals might increase hp in the upper rpm range but decrease torq in the lower/mid rpm range. Guess which one most harley riders spend most of if not all of thier time riding in? How often is your rpms above 5000rpm? I bet being you are on an ultra most of your time is spent in the 2000-4000 range. Your mpg should not drop 25% I would suggest getting a proper tune.

I don't want to be harsh but bolting on true duals a Stage 1 air cleaner and only doing a Stage 1 download is pissing in the wind, the download is only meant for HD Stage 1 air cleaner and exhaust, not after market pipes and mufflers. That turkey has lean and rich spots all over it, I'd be more lean than rich. You need a proper tune done by someone compentent with a TTS, Power Vision or SEPST. As mtclassic said, true duals usualy shift your power and torque to a higher RPM.

Save time and money on dyno's and get an autotuner.
2010 street glide 110hp/117ftlbs. HQ 107 ST kit w/ hq255 cams, Vance & hines power duals, python scalloped mufflers, Dougherty Af, SERT Dyno tune. Power comes in at 2600 through redline. Should get 40 mpg. Just can't ever stay out of it long enough to know lol.
