It really sucks when you have to do something twice. There are a lot of people on internet sites that claim to be experts but have never seen the inside of an engine.

Just had my '15 FLHTKL with 2700 miles on it dynoed today... With S&S headers, 4 inch Pythons, S&S Stealth air cleaner and a PCV,,,, 85+HP, 101+TQ, ...didn't think that was terrible for a stock 103 with stock cams.....
CF is uncorrected instead of the SAE that is the norm. Numbers would be a little lower but still a damn fun ride.
This is what I was given when I bought the bike. I bought it last week and all this work and more was already done by the dealership when the bike was first purchased by the previous owner. It is a lot of fun to ride and a big difference over my 2012 SG with Stage 1.

To be honest it's hard to see sideways but your AFR is way rich on the start and that will kill some of the power and really load the cylinders with fuel. I hope they are tuning the bike and your not leaving it that way.
