Default CFR/V&H/TW5-6 Cams

2013 FLHTK 103- V&H Dresser Duals/CFR slip-ons, SE-Pro Tuner, SE-Air Cleaner, TW 5-6 cams. This dyno'd out with 89.2 HP and 103.2 ft/lbs torque. This set-up comes on very early with torque using these cams. Torque begins to pull really hard in the 2000-2100 rpm range.

I finally got around to putting my bike on a dyno and getting it tuned (J T & S Performance). '09 FLTH Electra glide Standard; SE cast 103 flat tops and cylinders, stock heads with ARCs added, Andrews 54h cams, SS roller rockers (had them laying around), SE adjustable push rods, Ness sucker, Stock '09 header (no cat), SE Fatshotz (16 disc + open caps), Power Comander 5. Started out with 104 ft lbs and 96 hp but the fuel ratio was screwed! Rich at both ends and lean in the middle with Fuelmoto canned map plus auto tune? Tunning only brought the peaks up to 109 ft lbs and 99 hp but it does run nicer and I'm hoping for better fuel mileage? Pretty sure it would get more HP by raising the rev limit because it is making peak hp at the rev limiter and still has good torque there? I really don't need to twist it that far? May last a little longer with the lower limit? I am pretty surprised with the results? I really didn't think it had that much power? I guess these heavy bikes really need A LOT of power to excite me? Asked the guys how there dyno reads and they said reads pretty normal, about 5% lower than most dynojets. They were impressed for stock heads and header. Nice torque over 100 ft lbs from 2500 past 5000! Guess it was worth it!

Default H-D Bagger dyno #s

I decided it was time to wake up the 103 in my Limited. I run V&H true duals, Rinehart racers, SE Pro Tuner, Burst Stage 1 air, SE259e cams, with a touch of head work (ported & milled) and big valves. I had it tuned at Rats Whole Place. It makes 93hp & 106ftlbs torque. It went from ok to ALRIGHT!! I just got back from a 2500 mile ride. I averaged 40 - 42 mpg at speeds between 65 - 75+. Now I gotta wonder what I do next. Ride on.

Hornick,

I am not sure if you really care or not, but your dynosheet from D&M is skewed quite a bit and the correction factor is inaccurate. The weather station associated with this dyno is off dramatically and skewing the dyno's reported numbers. You may want them to check and rerun your bike to get an accurate account as a tool for what the bike is putting out especially if you had a number in mind with the build. Another way is to get a run elsewhere in your area and compare.

Typically for Ulm your pressure should be 30 +/- .24

Your dynosheet reports a pressure of 24.51 as you will see below that is lower reported by our weather stations.

The lowest pressures are associated with hurricanes. Hurricane Mitchin 1998 produced a low of 27.08 in/Hg, and Floyd in 1999 gave us a low of27.32. The lowest sea level pressure ever recorded in the western hemispherewas associated with Hurricane Gilbert in 1988. An NOAA aircraft recorded a lowpressure of 26.22 in/Hg on September 13, 1988. These are the extremes, however,Normally, lows are not nearly that pronounced, seldom reaching a pressure aslow as 29.00.

Also, in case you are interested, you can check the weather conditions on the date and time of the dyno run at this link if you have a drag strip in your area ... http://www.dragtimes.com/da-density-...calculator.php ... I used this when I had a drag car or when I have a vehicle dyno'd or dyno tuned. I compare this site to the weather conditions posted by the operator in the .drf file.

The weather conditions of my baseline runs previously posted in this thread were pretty darn close to this site at a drag strip 20 miles away. It is not perfect, but it gives a decent reference.

the correction factor is also above what would be considered reliable too. Not sure if Minn. has any 6000 foot elevations.
