Just got tuned yesterday with DynoBob at RC Cycles in Hayward..

2004 Road glide tc88 motor,
Stage 1 aircleaner
Andrews 26 chain driven cams
White Bros E series 2-1 exhaust with 21 disc's and closed end cap
Power commander lll

Max power 86.64
Max torque 95.11
Will try to post curves soon

Default 103" limited dyno results

I have a 2011 limited with andrews 57h cams se race tuner rienhart tru-duals and a good tune went from 70hp to 94 hp with 101ft lbs torque heres the u tube vid from harley dealer that did the work click the link

Default MGS True Duals vs Thunderheader

Just did this shoot-out and all I can say is WOW! What a huge difference in power. This is a 2009 Street Glide with a 96" and a Stage I. All we did was replace exhaust and tune. OVER 20 FT LBS OF TORQUE INCREASE AT 3,500 RPM!!! WOW!

2010 UCEG 103 with D & D Fat Cats (2 into 1), stage 1 with screaming eagle tuner, Woods 777 cams=101 hp and 113 tq.

2010 fltrx, bored 103,(DME) dave mackie heads, DME Megasphere pistons-(10.5-1)DME 590 cams, port, polished, SE tuner, V&H 2-1 pro pipe.
105 hp @ 2800-5500 rpm
108 torque

I am wondering the difference in the 10 Limited ~ that is a friend bike and I have seen the dyno sheet ~ I have a 10 ltd and want to replace the cams and have not yet dyno'd the bike ~ I have FM Jackpots, Zippers Air Cleaner, PCV with Autotune, Stock 09 Header (no Cat) Bike has not been dyno'd until I determine and replace the cam. I was attempting to do this without head work but wanted to be around the 100hp mark and 105-115 tq...

I just tuned a '12 limited with a heavy breather, S&S 585 cams and a Thunderheader "X" series pipe. tune with a Vision.

I just put my 06 FLHX back together. Installed DME 88-95 kit with 598 gear drive cams, d&d pipe, stage 1 air cleaner, and TTS tuner. Numbers are at 117.91hp 107.23tq. Trying to find out how to post actual dyno sheet.

Those are great final numbers but it looks like the 2" primaries of that Thunderheader and the 585's are hurting the low end torque. 3000 rpm before 100 ft lbs is achieved. Kinda late for a big ol' bagger IMO. I wonder what a bump in compression to say 10.2:1 and some head work would do. Firm up that bottom end I'll bet! I bet that bikes rips once you get it up into the torque band though. Good looking tune harleytuner!
