That's impressive! Sounds just great, any possibility you can post a dyno graph, so we can enjoy to the full?!

Default Dyno #s for D&D fatcat baffles

I recently changed cams in my 2012 FLHX. Here is my set up -103", Stock flat top pistons, .030 head gaskets, SE 259e cams, Burley heads, SE Pro tuner, SE Heavy Breather, D&D fat cat. The attached dyno sheet is comparing this build with two different mufflers, a louvered wrapped, and a perforated. You can see the Perforated muffler made more Tq. but less Hp., but also the perforated muffler came on a lot later in the RPM range and also lost out by a little after 5000 RPMs. I didn't ride the bike with both mufflers, and chose to stay with the Louvered muffler for two reasons, First the Louvered muffler is more tolerable, and in my opinion better sounding, and second I think the earlier Tq. with the Louvered muffler is going to be more beneficial. What do you think?

Default Fuel Moto Stage 1-Cat Removed-2012 FLHTCU

This is after a good tune by Sangers in Fort Collins. The Fuel Moto map was close but the tune added about 4 and 4 and got rid of some popping. I can't post my sheet so I put the numbers in a table. RPM is X100.

RPM 25 30 35 40 45 50

Tq# 95 97 98 97 92 85

HP# 43 55 65 72 80 81

The torque curve is very flat.
