My 08 Ultra FBW works perfectly.Of course I&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;only put&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\;16,000 miles on her in 6months.Regards,Tom ps:When the bike is stone cold(&amp\\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; cool weather)the idle does fluktuate between 1000 &amp\\;\\\\\\;\\\\\\\\\\\\\\; 1400 till it reaches operating temp.
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
What idles up when cold? Then returns to normal idle when warm? No lag time when rolling on throttle?
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;PLEASE PARK THE BIKE!! CALL MOCO AND BLAME THEM FOR EVERYTHING!!!! Tell them you are PISSED that you cant find anything wrong!!!
&nbsp\\;\\\\\\;
&nbsp\\;
THANKS FOR THE HELP

I'm sure you all heard about one of there two billion dollar B2's crashing a few weeks ago, due to a little condensation in one of the sensors.
Nope.&nbsp\\; Didn't hear that at all.&nbsp\\; It was moisture in the pitot system.&nbsp\\; Pitot heat would have cleared it.

Fly by wire.......Hmmmm
Yeah, exactly.&nbsp\\; Hmmmmm.&nbsp\\; Sorry to pop your bubble.

I have a 08 egc..no problems with it.&nbsp\\; have 5000 miles on it and nary an issue.&nbsp\\; I have to wonder about all these guys who complain about noise/heat/vibration/tbw, etc...&nbsp\\; How many bikes have they owned?&nbsp\\; This is my sixth or seventh bike, second Harley.&nbsp\\; Every one of them had their own specific and different issues..how I dealt with them was what made the bike unique and my own. If you own a bike, especially an air cooled one, you will have heat issues, you will have gear noise and you have to accept that as part of the experience.&nbsp\\; Otherwise you should park your scoot and drive a cage. &nbsp\\;

No issues with my 08 Road Glide.
Love it.&nbsp\\;
I have owned 7 Harleys and this is the best one by a long shot.
No I do not want my old shovel with the crappy electirc starter and an even more miserable kick starter.
I do not long for the good old days. Todays Harleys are the best ever.

Just repeating what I heard on the evening news, channel 107 to be exact.&nbsp\\; For 20 bucks I'll have them send&nbsp\\;you a transcript of the articleBy the way... Isn't the pipot heat system controled by a heat coupling sensor?&nbsp\\; My piont is... just because you have 2 billion dollars to send dosn't make something more reliable. an example: a throttle cable can be stess tested with a factor of two, for variances of material, saftey and human&nbsp\\;error,...but an electronic sensor only has a stress factor of one.
Another example:&nbsp\\; Look at cars 15 years old, the ones with manual windows still work, most of them at least.&nbsp\\;But the cars with power windows, I bet more than half have some kind of electrical issue within their power window system.&nbsp\\;
Do you have anything to add on the topic of FBW&nbsp\\;racklefratz?
