Long Rides
I usually stop for gas on the long hauls, that's every 190-230 miles. \\; I think the key is to have a comfortable seat and to be able move around every few minutes. \\; That's both your butt, feet and legs. \\;
dont worry what everyone else does, listen to your body. \\; if you need to stop and take a break then do it. \\; the goal is to make it there, not die trying
Thanks for all of the replies, guys. My highway pegs help a lot, but the knees still get cranky. Tennessee is a long state and interest wanes as you get into the western part of the state. I normally wear a helmet, but it was great to get the wind in the hair in Kentucky. It took me right at 15 hours, which is a long day. Personally, I hope that I never ride that much slab at one time again.
