I purchased an 06 FLHT (carb) for 15,000 when new at the end of 06.
Traded it in August of 08 they gave me high book trade in for 12,900 with 12,000 miles.
Just saw it at the dealer for an asking price of 14,800.
I would think that's a pretty good deal , but deal them hard anyway.
If that's good for your area , check around , but it sounds pretty good.

Bought my 06 FLHTI in late 07 for 12,000 +500 for the radio installed..It had 28k on it and thought it was a good deal then....Lets see some pictures...
Sounds decent. If you've got cash, play hardball. I just picked up my bike today... 06 EGC with 874 miles on it.. yes, 874 miles in Vivid Black. It's never been molested as in all stock. Hell the saddlebags were never even used nor the tour pak. I paid $13k plus my cost to drive, rent a trailer etc so I'd add another couple of hundred. I bout soiled my britches when I pulled up this morning. The seller told me it was as new on the showroom and he wasn't kidding.
