I had gotten a package price from Jamie a while back. It included some of their baffles, their A/C and the PCV. My question is, does anyone have experience with their A/C? Is it a clean, good looking install? I would probably not use the football, instead, I would put my Skull insert on the filter. Do they leak oil or anything?
I bought a PC V and a A/C kit from them. They mapped the PC for a 09 Dyna ( I hope. ) and sent me a A/C kit for a 01 to 07 Dyna, I called them and then they sent another kit. When it got here it is for a for a 50mm touring bike. They now said they are shipping one for my 09 Dyna. I don't know how they could not have known I have a 09 since they did map the PC for one. (again I hope that is right too.)
I hope the 3rd time is a charm because if its not, I'm going to the dealer to get one and requesting my CC be refunded for the AC.
Pretty frustrating to get your bike apart and open up the parts to find out you have the wrong part.
the fm ac se plate is a clean install... no breather tubes anymore, they are in the bolts supplied with the kit... bolts have a hole in em.. fairly simple..get an ac over of your choice..
The skull insert will look fine and work fine. Its a Harley backing plate and K&N filter.
Can you remove the football from the HD stage 1 A/C and just run the skull medallion over the end of the A/C? How would it hold up in the rain? Or should I just get the K&N filter element?
Curious, what's the difference between the Fuelmoto and HD stge 1 backing plates?
