Iclick, that was the tech that I told you about. I have alot more confidence in him now that I talked to a few of my friends. It seems that all of them trust this guy to work on their bikes when they HAVE to bring it to the dealer.
These are very reasonable numbers considering the your runs were made in 59% humidity YUCK! The AFR curve looks very good which provides a great example on how well the EFI system can compensate for conditions, however you simply cannot replace the air to make high dyno numbers with this humidity.

As far as setting the throttle position settings: On 08-09 drive by wire they are very consistent due to the TPS/Throttle body design and from the 08-09 bikes we have tested most of them are within spec and do not need to be adjusted. It is also important to note that you will only concentrate on the closed throttle position and the bike must be up to operation temp, also unless you have a dyno you cannot reset the open position. If you have incorrectly set or changed these values you can contact us and we will get you the defaults. On the 07 and earlier models (or 09-previous non-touring models) I do recommend checking and/or resetting the throttle position settings especially noting the closed position. I will be writing up complete instruction and putting them on our website in the next couple days for all models on our dynojet tech page here http://fuelmotousa.com/faq.htm If anyone has any questions in the mean time feel free to contact us.

Interesting. Would humidity alone make a difference of 7-10 ft. lbs. of TQ? I thought the dynos compensated for humidity and temperature. No? Anyway are you saying that high humidity decreases power? I thought it was the other way around.

I also thought the difference might be the fact that the bike only had 1k on the clock. Wouldn't a reasonable break-in like 10k miles raise these numbers considerably?
