I haven't had that issue but my front brake did feel really grabby last night on my ride. I will have to check it out tonight. It felt very stiff and more sensitive than normal.

it is due to dot 4. they went with 4 due to ABS. I've had two front's changed and the back is next if the radio ever gets fixed.

dealer on it

dealer replaceing bubbleing leaking reservior under extended warrenty.Tightened cap a little til the part gets in and appointment next week.Keeping an eye on it for blow back.

My warranty expired in March of this year and in the beginning of May I noticed it was leaking. I bought a new gasket for $17 and put it on. Like everybody is saying, just don't overtighten the screws.

Oh, my ride is a 07 FLHTC with 20k miles.

paint damaged

If I would have caught it fast enough it would have been an easy fix.leak resulted in bubbleing peeling paint all the way to the brake lever.my bad I guess?

Same problem,leaking diaphram replaced diaphram with chrome cover,warranty.Dealer charged me $8 for chrome cap.

My '07 RG doing the same thing, paint bubbling up on Resevoir, will have to see what the remedy is whether new gasket or just tighten.

fluid leak

had the same problem with mine. 05 standard not under warranty, replaced cap but paint bubbled up. i will have the master cylinder repowder coated this winter.
