I think the price you've quoted is pretty good. In AZ, the dealers start with MSRP and go up from there. I don't think you would get the same bike here less than 21k out the door.

Who has the best pricing on a Fire Fighter Road King?
The cheapest I have found is $16,500 out the door ( taxes not included).
Has anyone found a cheaper price.
I have learned that you cant order a 2006, but a 2007 can be ordered at the end of the month.
Sounds about right. if I remember correctly, a Roadking lists for around 17,500, and the firefighter should have about a 1,000 discount.
Kahuna,
Dealers in our area are charging MSRP + 750 for shipping and set up. There is no way I would pay 21,000 for a Roadking. I just priced an UltraClassic at Durango, Colo. HD for my wife for that.
I agree with you. But, AZ seems to be a hotbed for wide selection, and people are paying at or above MSRP here.

Sounds like a fair price. Now work on the total deal etc clothing, parts and service. Here is a repost of what I purchased a RK for.
I just took deliver of my 06 Vivid Black P.O.S.E. FLHRI Road King on Monday. Before the purchase I made trips to 4 dealers and told them that I was comparison shopping. Ordered the bike on Jan 14th and took delivery Feb 27th. Here's the deal that I agreed on. $15,800.00 which included alarm system, first and second service free, 20% off parts/labor and clothing one time. Also recieved 25% discount on insurance. No set-up or freight charges ( I was told this applies to all P.O.S.E. models). Drove it 17 miles home in 25 degree temperatures and loved every minute of it. What a ride!

your not kidding. I was looking for another street glide and looked everywhere. I could not find a SG ANYWHERE let alone in black. NONE in Vegas, Only 3 in Phoenix. The Price, 22995, + tax, title, license, prep, freight and doc. 4k over retail. I said I am buying one today. He said pay this or go elsewhere.
Grand Canyon HD Where I finally found one at said 18995, which is 500 over retail and 1k prep and set up. Around here you will pay for a bike.
