Anyoneout there have instructions on how to take my fairing apart to install a radio I bought from Bkietronics. The bike is a 2006 Electra Glide standard.
Thanks
Okay, how about 6 minutes. 1 minute to pop the shield, 4 minutes to remove 4 fairing screws and 1 minute to unplug the headlight, that sound about right? Could be longer if ya have a beer between each screw!

Not the first time Blaine! I still struggle with the dam thing and I have had it off a dozen times already! Getting it off is easy but putting it back on and not stripping anything requires patience and touch - Plus if you factor in the time for a radio replacement and speakers I would suggest waiting for a rainy day and taking his time cause he will need it!
Hey Cemax - You prolly heard this already but pick up a service manual and the electrical book - Some real good money spent!
I spent $485.00 including hog tune speakers from BikeTronics. This includes everything necessary to plug and play. I spent the extra $20.00 for the upgraded Sony, so I can change the screen color. It also includes a hidden antenna, but am looking to put on an exterior one instead. Bike Tronics said the hidden antenna has limited range.
