Hey i agree with you.What this guy did was take the entire motor off from the frame and replaced it with a custom motor that makes 150 horsepower.

But....low and behold......I look at my Title or Registration as they call it here in Canada....and guess what....it's says HARLEY DAVIDSON and the VIN on the papers matches the VIN HARLEY DAVIDSON put on my frame!
