I had previously changed my clutch cable, but I think with the HD Pullbacks the stock cable would have worked. It would be worth trying without changing since you don't have to remove the exhaust on the '09's. If its too short you can always reroute it outside the fairing if you have to order a cable, so you won't lose any saddle time.
These bars fit an 09 Street Glide without new cables.....don't know why they wouldn't fit an 09 Ultra Classic. Not sure why the catalog says they need new cables. Then again, I'm not sure why it says they're polised stainless when they're chrome! Just a side benefit. I'm sure they'll work....you better ****** these up.
