I have an 06.If you changed anything you need a new download, pipes , air cleaner stuff like that. Go to the dealer and have them download not the street tuner but the racer tuner download it will stop engine shake and run cooler by enrichening it. It's like night and day on my bike. Ps; make sure tires are in good shape and balanced ( high speed balanced not static balance) and the tires must match. Good luck
