Been rubbing scratch remover and polish on my few like crazy. Not as visable but I will rub every chance I get until they either go away or the paint comes off.
I feel for you. I put two small dents in my tank, while doing an adjustment on my apes.[:@] The lucky thing is the dealer is repainting the tank this winter due to a DOT 4 leak they caused. Everyday for the next few months I am reminded of my stupidity.
I got a small one also, dont know how it happened, but a smal little sratch in my left saddle bag...
