Hey, where is the station in your pic? If that is a picture of you I swear I've talked to you about the MBBs at that station but I am getting to the time in my life where lots of memories run together.
Yea thats a pretty cool place, it is on HWY 16 right (near Pipe Creek) on the southside of Bandera, TX (north of SA) I would love to get that place and turn it into a bar. I think it would be cool and a ton of bikes go through.
I'd like the instructions as well. Ken303@gmail.com. I'm planning on the 12" on my '12 FLTRX. I've priced the bars, but haven't seen a price for the extension kit. Anyone know off the top of their head what a ballpark price is?
So where does this guy live? I'll get him to work on mine as well. ;-)
His shop is in Havelock, NC...He doesn't charge that much because he stays busy pretty much year round. With all of us Marines in the town coming back from deployments and having nothing to spend our money on, makes for a win win for everyone.

No gaps here. How did you run the brake line? Depending on where it is, top, bottom, front or back, it can push the switch cover out. I'll take a look when I get home and see if I see other reasons. did you pull the switch and make sure everything is right underneath it?
Dave the gap i have is between the inner fairing and the black piece where the ignition switch sits at....i dont see why my brake line would make a difference in this case but ill check....my buddy has the same bars that were installed by the dealer and he has a gap also, i was just wondering if the bars are too big so thats where the gap comes from....thx for any help you can give me on this matter. i'm a perfectionist when it comes to things like that and its bother me very much.....thx again
TRIED to pull the wires in my 10" MBBs today.... i managed to get the right side controll wires through (after about 6 tries and some help from my other half)...when i unwrapped/untaped the end that i pulled through 4 of the pins at the end of the wires were broken..... then i tried to pull the TBW through and the puling line i had broke...which means i'd have to pul out the wires, that i just fought to get through, BACK OUT to get another pull line for the TBW through....
So i've decided to punt..NOT COMPLETELY... just gonna take the bars somewhere to get the wires pulled for me...
I'm in the middle of doing a painted inner fairing (which i got mounted today and it looks AWESOME) and i'm also doing new Magnum black pearl brake and clutch lines....
I even got some Screaming Eagle tank badges to top it off...
Progress is being made..i hope to have it all wrapped up in about a week when my cables come in...
To those that have pulled the wires themselves...hats off to you
