here is a question where did everyone get there wiring and cable kits for there install is it better to buy seperate or in a kit or what? I have 2010 road king with TBW and i am doing 16" Bars...

Wiring I'm just doing myself with a spool of 18ga wire. I hear that the namz kit puts all the soldered joints in one location and it's harder to pull through so I'm doing it myself.

For the cables I called Eastern Performance and got a good deal in my opinion. Just gotta wait a few months to order since I'm in no rush.

Can anyone tell me how involved replacing the riser bushings is? I've never done a project like this before and I've seen videos on everything but this part.

Easy as pie. You don't see anything on it b/c it's so easy. As for most things, a shop manual would be a wise investment...
