I went 10 and did +2 clutch. Everything else worked at stock length. Another variable is if cable lengths are the same with new frame. If you can find StreetGlideTroy he is in the middle of this job right now on an 06 and is doing MBB 12's. He should have the exact answers you desire. I've been helping him out so tell'em I referred you.

P.S. Several with the current frame say they have gotten away without any new wires on MBB 12's. If I had to guess though I think pre-09 handlebar wiring are shorter. May have to replace everything.
