Awesome write up.
I wonder though why you didnt address the tensioners while you were in there?
I hear all kinds of talk about how they wear out and can be replaced with a gear?
I was re-reading to see if I missed it, but I coudnt find a part where you addressed it.
Any thoughts?
I know this thread is pretty old, lol just thought I would ask.

ps I was planning on having this done after I swap pipes and a/c I thought I would bring it in have the tensioner's replaced and then the cams and have them put it back together and then tune.
Now I think I am going to do it myself and just go get it tuned after.

Zippers performance has some trick cam tensioners which I am going with in the week ahead when my TW222 cams go in. Feuling lifters too.
