Try this link.. I did a write up on lower and can swap for a tri-glide.
All you would have to do is remove ign, and its cover, fender, tire, hang calipers up out he way, and take the caps off the top of the tube, unclamp fork pinch bolts and thats it. I could probably do it in 2 hrs max now that I have done this.
I have a step by step pdf with pictures on changing out you lower sliders I can email you.. you will just have to skip a few steps and get to the part of cowbells off and on!
It took me and a buddy 3 1/2 hours to change out my front end to Chrome kit. Just did his this week and took us 3 hours. Practice make perfect. BTW you dont have to remove inner or outer fairing. Just the ignition swith and switch cover. Can reach the top 36mm cap and pinch bolts and cowbell bolts without removing them.
