After riding my 09 Ultra, or when I pull up to a red light and no wind, I smell oil and it smells like transmission oil, which in my bike is Mobil 1 75W-90 gear oil. I have no leaks under my bike, checked the level best I could and it is ok, but I still have that odor. It's not a burnt oil smell, just an oil smell. Any ideas?

Probably the blow by inside your air filter housing. Put your nose near it and I'm sure your smell it a lot stronger. Pull your air filter off and see if it's coated with oil. Common thing, keep your oil level a little lower on the stick and the problem should go away.
I have had the same problem before. It goes away after a long while. Gear oil stinks pretty good and if only a little is dripped on the outside of your motor it will be a stinker for what seems like forever.
On the 09 models it is nearly impossible to drain the transmission oil without spilling some on the frame cross-brace under the transmission. So if the area is not cleaned scrupulously, you'll smell gear oil for a long time.
Had the same thing, turned out to be the 2 bottom trans bolts were loose enough to leak a tiny bit but not enough to drip on the floor. Tightened all bolts, smell quit
