I think the guy has a much worse problem than panties in a wad. It's just plain a$$ ignorant for a guy to own a Harley and make a statement like that!!!
I didn't reply to this the first time I read it, because it was stupid.
Now I have been drinking and now I am stupid. I still have nothing to say....and it's still stupid.
I don't give a rats patootie if the steel ingots smelted into my bike's frame started out as ore underneath Kim Jong Ill's outhouse. I love my copglide, warts and all.
Nothing is perfect. Life is short. Enjoy the ride.
The only real problem I've had with HD accessories is missing hardware, a couple of times. Now when I buy something, anything, I open it up right there at the parts counter and check to make sure everything is there, no damage or defects.
I think the bikes are built great! I cant comment on the accessories because I haven't bought any. I have only bought after market pipes and a/c covers from Vance and Hines and Kuryakyn. I have owned jap bikes and loved riding them. I chose my Harley not only because its American made but also because I love the way it handles and everything about it is just swell! Do I think they are over priced? No. I have had great service from my dealer and I think the quality is top notch.
