Left work at 3:30 today and made it home at 7:20..
The motorcycle went into heat management 4 times, and two out of the times it DIED..
I pulled over three times for it to cool of, and as I started out 10 minutes into the run
as I came to a light, Heat Management...RPM Slows and then died...
Traffic was really bad but I HAD STOPED FOR IT TO COOL...
Called the dealer as soon as I got home, Taking it to them asap.
What an ordeal, I thought I was gona die...
Pile of Junk...

I've yet to go into heat mgmt and I live in Phoenix. I have had the 25° injectors ever since the bulletin came out. You are probably running to lean for some reason.
Rhubarb, I own one of those pocket bikes, and ride it around my cottage area. It is one of the most fun bikes I've ever had!!! It makes me laugh every time I ride it, and you should see the looks I get from big burly bikers. They all want to take it for a spin.

Hey HD Get with the program, WATER COOL THE THING....
i feel your pain happen to me this weekend.the first time was in early june when it just got to 80f outside a little traffic and bam heat management, took to the dealer they tell me that portecting your motor from melting. then they said"it's a air cooled motor it needs to be moving" DUH.i think they have it set way too low.they put it on the computer and let it idle into HM.all the setting temps were where they supposed to be.then i told them about the surging around 2000 rpm, they took it for a test drive and i guess the tech couldn't get it to surge so they charged me a half hour labor(not happy)for checking what i thought should be warrantee, the dealer then told me:will if you do a stage 1 it should run better"......wait a second i have to spend anothe 800 to a grand to make it run better?i just paid 19,000 shouldn't it run better.not that i would, but i think there is a lot of jap bikes out there that can run stock forever and not have a problem that the MOCO wants the customer to fix.sothe bike still doing it .and they tell me to pull over when it starts! wait i'm out for a ride not to pull over every 2 lights,we all that have this problem must call and complain to HD customer service so they can make a better product!!!!
