I got my Mustang's with the black pearl studs. Lid covers $105, Tour Pak lid cover $85.
They have a soft felt like surface on the underside to protect the paint. They can be a wrestling match to get on the first time, but they look good and stay drum skin tight.
Didn't buy 'em to protect the paint as much as I needed some contrast for the white paint, especially since so much more was showing after going with the solo seat.

I got the Mustang lid covers, Do yourself a favor and buy direct other wise you may have to wait and wait and wait like I did for 5 weeks on a "on sale" item that was on back order from a certain internet store.
