Default Switched to the FLHXXX footboard inserts...Way better!

I picked up some take-off standard footboards on eBay, then bought a pair of the inserts that are OEM on the Street Glide Trike...This setup is way more cushy and grippy on the boots, and looks better, too...at least in my opinion.

Wow, those do look good. I did not know they had the Stremliner inserts for the "D" boards. I have the Swept know but kept my "D"'s. Would not mind going back to them with those inserts. The "D"'s are bigger for my size 14" boots....

The nicest thing about them is they don't have that chrome frame around the perimeter of the insert for your boot sole to slide around on...

Ordered these a bit ago for my bike. Saw them at a dealer out of town on the trike and got the part numbers.

Rider Boards are 83566-10

Pax Boards are 83565-10

You need 2 each and they are only $36.00 each list price...Cheaper than any of the other ones they sell as a package.

I agree they look better than the streamliner version with the chrome and can't go wrong with the price either..

Just an FYI, when i originally put up these part numbers I mixed up the Rider and Pax so the quote in a post farther down might me incorrect

Also just looked up at Zanotti and they are only $23.56 each there...So you can do all 4 boards for about $100

I recently replaced both my bike's pads. I put ones similar to those on the Road King and the same pads on the Heritage but they're billet with black in the middle. Those look really good on the Heritage plus I replaced the brake pad and shifter pegs and passenger pegs to match. Not cheap but it definitely looks a thousand times better than the stock black rubber.
