When I first bought my '09 Ultra Classic, I purchased a set of 2009 SVO Screamin' Eagle mufflers with the heat shields. I helped remove them from the scoot myself so I know what they came off of.
With my last order to Chicago H-D among other accessories, I order a set of Slash Cut 4" Tips for those mufflers. At the time I didn't have the correct part number so I relied on the parts guy to tell me what I needed. Unfortunately, I got the wrong tips. I received part number 80623-07.
After removing the stock straight cut tips, I discovered that the new slash cut tips were not going to mount because they did not have a flange that slides into the muffler like the stock ones I removed.
The tapered tips I received 80623-07 are the correct 4" diameter but they are without the flange need to slip into the mufflers.
There are only 2 Slash Cut style tips in the 2010 or 2009 accessories catalog. One of them is the Billets Tapered Slash 80623-07 and the Slash Up/Down/Out 80622-07.
Is it possible H-D does not offer a Slash Cut tip for these mufflers?
Would someone help me with the correct part number?

I think you're pretty much SOL with those mufflers. From looking around, HD does not sell tips for those (yet) and the only one I know of that does is Fullsac
Hi Bikes,I was thinking about a set of those mufflers too.How do you like them?Do they have any more sound than the stock ones on ours?I'm wondering if they are freer breathing than stock?Did you get your wheels yet?

I like the Screamin' Eagle muffler a lot. I've never liked very loud exhaust and was a little disappointed that these didn't have a better tone but they have improved with a few miles. They are a bit more free flowing. I don't know how much it could be measured compared to our stock mufflers. Knowing that they came off of a stock '09 SVO Road Glide, I would think they would have better flow. The sound is different and that's one of the things I like about them.
Yeap, I sure did get the wheels. I'm looking forward to getting a new set of tires and getting them mounted. I'm not going to get in a hurry though because I've got lots of miles left on the stock tires with a little over 14k miles on them.
My stock wheels are in great condition. I will probably sell them later.

Hey Dan,
Not trying to hijack Bikes post, just thought I'd throw this in for ya. My son just bought a 2011 SG and put a complete V&H exhaust system on his so I decided to experiment with his stock mufflers on my bike because I liked the slash cut look better. HD must have opened them up a little to compensate for the Cat on the 2011s because my bike runs a little better and has a deeper tone with a little more volume than with my stock mufflers. Might be an inexpensive option for earlier non Cat models like yours and mine to just pick up a set from a Cat bike.
