Fly by wire throttle failure

So here's the latest.
Called H-D NYC because I needed the 20K service and wanted the throttle fixed, I wanted them to have the new throttle body on hand before I took the bike in so I wouldn't be without it for 2 weeks waiting for the part to show up. Service writer puts me on with the head mechanic, the guy who does all the work on my bike. he says he's seen the problem before, it's not the throttle body but the connections to the ECM and to bring the bike in.
They,"could not duplicate the issue."
Hopefully the mechanic followed the Tech Bulletin 418 that I introduced them to and by inspecting and putting the connectors back together properly will cure the problem. Though the service writer did give me a card for a 24-hour tow service.
But if I'm killed by an SUV while trying a freeway merge and my power goes out, you guys let my family know who to sue.
Anyone know a phone number for the MoCo? If it happens again I want to call them and get some answers.
