I'm going to have to adjust my heel shift lower and give it another try.

How many actually use the heel shifter?
Took mine off. Got in the way of the heal of my boot on long rides. Have no need for it. It's sitting in a drawer in my shop for the next owner of my bike.

not only do I use it but I went and spent the $$$ to get the billet ones from harley....
