TBW = throttle by wire

2009 and newer touring and the CVO's all have a electronic adapter in the right handlebar no more throttle cables to get stuck and grease, it's all electronic..

I noticed the trend started shortly after National Geographic had a documentary on how Lou Dobbs infilterated the HA......he rode a bagger w/apes-first time I ever saw apes on a bagger.
